Spring Clover 1 (14 x 24" unique hand-printed cyanotype)

Same size as "Spring Clover 2." Both would fit nicely in a 20 x 30 inch frame with a 3-inch mat all around.
Although this looks like a block print, or screen print, it is a cyanotype, a type of 19th century cameraless photography also known as blueprints or sun prints.
Every one of my botanical cyanotypes is an entirely unique monotype as each blade of grass or flower is laid by hand in that exact composition only once. I spend as much time planning and arranging the composition as I do exposing and rinsing the final print. There is no copper plate; there is no ink or printing press to make more than one copy.
Unframed.
On 100% cotton watercolor paper. Signed on the back by the artist.
