Eight Agapanthus Triptych: 3 handmade 18 x 24" cyanotypes
These are THREE same sized 18 x 24 inch original hand-printed botanical cyanotypes and no film negative (monotypes).
If each were framed with a 3-inch wide mat and framed in 24w x 30”h frames, they would span over 54 inches (essentially 5 feet with the two gaps).
Agapanthus flowers are originally from South Africa. Each umbel or head is composed dozens of small flowers sprouting from one big stem in a very symmetrical structure. I have loads growing in my garden in California. They only bloom in the summer months.
